Agreement to terms
By accessing brushfree.land or any of its associated domains, requesting a quote, or calling our phone line, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
What we do
BrushFree provides land clearing and brush removal services and quote coordination for properties in Williamson County, Texas. Work on your property may be performed by BrushFree directly or by vetted local service partners we coordinate with. Either way, your point of contact and quote come through BrushFree.
Quotes
- All quotes are free and carry no obligation.
- Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site evaluation if property conditions differ materially from what was described.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Your responsibilities
When requesting services, you represent that:
- You are the property owner or are authorized by the owner to request work on the property
- The information you provide about the property is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You will disclose known hazards, property line disputes, buried utilities not covered by 811 marking, septic systems, and any protected trees or features you want preserved
Phone and text communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from BrushFree regarding your quote and project. Our phone line may be answered by an automated AI assistant, and calls may be recorded. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Scheduling and cancellations
- Scheduled work dates are estimates and may shift due to weather, ground conditions, or equipment availability. We'll communicate any changes promptly.
- You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice before a scheduled work date.
Permits and compliance
For most rural and unincorporated Williamson County properties, no permit is required for brush removal. Where municipal ordinances apply (such as heritage tree protections within city limits), you are responsible for confirming and obtaining any required permits unless we agree in writing to handle permitting for you. We can help point you to the right municipal office.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law:
- BrushFree's total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or diminished property value.
- We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other buried features that were not disclosed to us and are not located by 811 utility marking.
